I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds as i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Triunfador we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, merienda again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Ganador well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.

Positive - The animation team are lovely & although the food was bad the staff in the kitchen were lovely with helping with my food allergy - not much to eat if you have food allergies.
It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand trasnochado attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. Hotel is also perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach and a number of bars. Have no issue in recommending this hotel as a great family hotel. Close

So all in all great selection. I only had one Existente issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Vencedor the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Worst resort I’ve stayed in by far. The good reviews are clearly fake. Marmaris is basically chav city attracting a certain croud who like bars, clubs, pubs. There is no culture to the place. They’ve made it so the Específico area is a dupe of the uk with run down tacky shops who sell the same knock off designer tat in shops named like TK Maxx, Primark shoes and JD. The food in the restaurant is inedible and awful.
